Hello to our desert family from sunny southern Illinois,
I guess we picked a good winter to stay home in Illinois, we have had snow twice, 2″ each time, melted overnight. Slobberjaws & two of his kids (Grumpy & Poodoo) did make a trip out to Skunk Hollow in early January. I stayed home to take care of our Foxey dog, Snowball cat, & keep an eye on our heat , water lines, etc., & I got a lot of big projects done. I was still thankful to have him back home 😉
Now it is almost spring, the daffodils are blooming, the robins are back, & spring is definitely in the air.
Thanks School Teacher/Sue for the last 6 editions of the Boondocker Chatter, great reading, great job. For the next 6 months, I will send out the monthly birthdays & anniversaries & desert news on about the 25th of each month. If you have any desert news, desert happenings, or anything to pass along to our desert friends, please send it to maryvixen1944@gmail.com by the 20th of each month, thanks.
